Master Shapland lived in Okinawan for over a decade; where he trained with the best and learned from the Masters who brought karate out of post-war Japan to the present times. In this DVD; Master Shapland will show you the intricacies of this unique style of Okinawan karate; created by Tatsuo Shimabuku. You will not only learn the 23 kihon of the style but also katas Seisan; Seiunchin; Naihanshi; Wansu; and Sanchin. He will do each form three times - once slow and once full power and then; finally; showing the bunkai or applications of the style. For any one wanting to learn this unique style this is one of the best DVDs on the market. This DVD was professionally shot and edited which makes for easy learning and following along.

ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS
