Cal-Van Amp Hound 2 - Circuit Tester The Amp Hound 2 is a designated Amp meter for a safe and convenient method to determine real time readings of current and amps in fused circuit without removing the fuse. Convenient and easy adapters that attach to a fuse or just touch the probes to the top of the fuse for an amp reading. A tone lets you know when you are touching a fuse that has parasitic draw and no need to remove fuse or stare at meter. Works on multiple fuse type along with three of the most common automotive fuse types. Very safe to use with no chance of shorting a circuit while the fuse is removed. Works on new fuse types Mini-LP and Micro-Fuse, along with three of the most common automotive fuses types: Mini, Standard and Maxi with all of the most common ranges. PARASITIC DRAW TEST: Will locate circuits that are flowing current when the vehicle is turned off.
