Metal utensil safe thanks to laser etched network of ridges raised above non-stick surface across the pan. Our skillet uses 3 ply construction including an aluminum core sandwiched by stainless steel for durability and fast, even heating. Induction ready base is compatible with any stovetop including gas, electric, induction, and infrared. Easily maneuver the pan with the riveted, stay cool stainless steel handle. Dishwasher safe for incredibly easy clean up.

With fragrances the returns are a little different.  Any fragrance that is less than 1/3 used can be returned for  any reason within 30 days -this offer does not apply to soaps and body creams.   If any fragrances, soaps, and creams are defective:  package broken, out of date use period, etc, then you will receive a pre-paid return label and may return for full refund or a free reorder of any product of equal value on our store.

ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS   

We ensure that all products are brand new or in excellent refurbished condition prior to shipping. In the event of receiving an item which does not conform to those standards, please message us and  we will provide prepaid return labels for all items that are defective and you may send them back for a full refund, reship of the item, or an exchange with any item in our store of equal value. In some cases you will not need to send a defective item back. For these we may just require photos of the damage.
