4 DVD Set Coach Crow was the Assistant Conditioning Coach and Sports Scientist for the Dallas Cowboys from 1982 to 1989. He has trained numerous NFL players including those on the Rams, Seahawks and Patriots. He was instrumental in training the famous Cowboys "Doomsday Defensive Line" (Randy White, Harvey Martin, Ed "Too Tall" Jones and John Dutton) and continues to train players around the nation in his Sports Science concepts of Martial Arts techniques. His energy and sensitivity drills, footwork, and other applications have trained defensive and offensive linemen in the effective use of hands and feet in contact sports.
Featuring Sifu Raymond Crow teaching all 36 Grab Sets, their combinations and techniques. Sifu Crow brings provides the essential elements required to make effective use of each of the Grab Sets. Designed from his background in Jeet Kune Do, Filipino Martial Arts, Indonesian Silat and MMA. They allow you to develop offensive or defensive sensitivity by flowing from any of the grab positions to Hubud-Lubud, Chi-Sao, Pushing Hands, Sambutans or Grappling. Over 2.5 hours of instruction.
